Meet Kalia | Birth Doula
Kalia has always found joy in pouring her heart into supporting and caring for others. With a background in early childhood education, she discovered her love for working with families and providing individualized care that makes a difference.
After starting doula work, Kalia has grown to love not only supporting others, but also the opportunity to make wonderful new relationships and connections while providing the knowledge and care that every mother deserves.
Kalia believes that each person and birth is unique, and strives to create trust and understanding between herself and clients to best support their individual needs during this exciting time.
Why I became a birth doula in Wisconsin…
After discovering doula work and attending my first class, I was completely in awe. The wonder I felt about the opportunity to guide and support families during pregnancy and birth was unmatched. I will never forget the feeling of watching my first birth and the emotion I felt as that baby came into the world. I've been completely hooked ever since.
Birth is a transformative experience for everyone involved, and I love that I am able to create new relationships and build trust, all while supporting a birth that feels right to you!
