Emily is a birth doula and postpartum care specialist who supports families with compassionate, informed care throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early weeks after birth. She believes deeply in honoring each family’s values, choices, and intuition during this transformative season.

Inspired by her own experiences with both hospital and home birth, Emily is passionate about physiological birth and informed choice. She supports families in a wide range of settings and respects that there is no single “right” way to give birth, only what feels right for you.
