Autumn is a birth doula, childbirth educator, wife, and proud mom of four energetic boys. She serves families throughout Milwaukee, Waukesha, and Southeastern Wisconsin with compassionate, evidence-based support during pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum.
Known for her warm personality and calming presence, Autumn helps families feel informed, confident, and deeply supported as they welcome their newest addition.
Why I became a birth doula…
When I was little and people asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, my answer was always the same: a mom. After experiencing the incredible support of a doula during my own second birth, I realized just how powerful it is to have someone by your side who truly believes in you. That experience sparked a passion that continued to grow with each of my own births.
I believe birth is beautiful, sacred, and transformative. In a world where birth is often portrayed as something to fear, I want women to know they are capable, strong, and deserving of support. As your doula, I am here to educate, encourage, advocate, and walk alongside you every step of the way.
