**Do you accept insurance, or help with reimbursement?**
Not currently in-network with insurance providers (in progress). A superbill is provided for clients to submit to their insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
 
**What is the cost of care?**
- Home birth midwifery care: $6,800
- Hospital birth midwifery co-care: $3,500
 
**Do you support VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) clients?**
Open to VBAC clients; still working through malpractice and liability considerations specific to out-of-hospital VBAC. Best discussed directly with prospective clients on a case-by-case basis.
 
**What happens if a home birth needs to transfer to a hospital?**
Beth accompanies the client to the hospital, gives a full report to the receiving medical staff, and continues to advocate for the client in a doula-style support role throughout the transfer and hospital stay.
 
**Is water birth supported?**
Yes.
 
**What certifications do you and your team hold?**
Beth holds multiple certifications, including: Certified Nurse Midwife, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Prescriber, Registered Nurse, Certified Childbirth Educator, B.E.S.T. certification, Breech Certification (Breech Without Borders), BLS, CPR, Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification, and Postpartum Support International Advanced Provider training. Doula team members hold a range of credentials including DONA birth certification, lactation counselor certification, and postpartum doula certification. 
 
**Can siblings be present at a home birth?**
Yes.
